You'll be working on various internal Data Technology projects within EY, adhering to established budgets and timelines as part of an in-house team of developers. There is no outsourcing involved.
Together with the team, you'll devise solutions to ensure that users comply with laws and regulations, can measure their performance, and monitor the correct steps in a process.

We're seeking a Full-stack Developer to propel us to new heights. You'll engage in diverse projects involving both back-end and front-end stacks, and your proficiency with additional technologies is a definite asset. As a Full-stack Developer, you'll adeptly handle tasks across both back-end and front-end domains.
Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
Your daily to-do list may encompass some or all of the following, but is not limited to:
- Develop new features end-to-end: from design to implementation (develop and integrate APIs and the front-end interfaces and visualizations they power to deliver project features)
- Support production tools
- Collaborate with fellow engineers and technical leaders to explore optimal solutions
Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of experience building Full Stack enterprise web applications
- Solid experience working with Microsoft .NET framework, C# and RDBMS
- Experience in Angular, React and Typescript
- Experience with writing good tests for front-end applications, automation of testing, agile development, Git workflows
- Experience with how data is modeled in databases and APIs, and how data is commonly transformed for presentation to users
- Familiarity with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect and with bridging different environments
- Familiar with bridging different environments

- Sabbatical: the option to take unpaid leave after consultation
- Birth leave: EY will pay 100% of the birth leave; in the case of additional birth leave, EY will pay 70% of the salary
- Training and education: EY believes it's important to provide everyone with the opportunity for continuous development. Therefore, we offer various soft and hard skills training programs, external courses, and the possibility to enroll in additional education. For example, you can obtain an MBA to broaden your skills in leadership, business, and tech
- Mobility: contribute directly to our ambition to reduce EY's carbon footprint to zero by 2025. With the new scheme, you can choose from diverse sustainable options through the EY My Daily Travel app or online platform. This includes lease bicycles, electric shared scooters, electric shared cars, flexible lease cars, and various subscriptions for public transport. You can also track your CO2 footprint using the app
- Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle through a monthly deduction from your gross salary (the purchase cost is spread over 12 months) or from your non-statutory holiday entitlement
- Pension scheme: you will start building a pension capital immediately upon joining EY. Each month, a premium is allocated to your pension account with our pension provider. You also have the option to voluntarily contribute additional funds to your pension

Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas, a bustling area where many businesses are situated. In our Cross Towers, Anouchka and Lucia welcome up to 1.000 people every day upon arrival. Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?
After receiving and selecting your CV, we will arrange a brief 15-minute introduction via MS Teams. If your motivation and ambitions align with the job opening, we will schedule a first interview with the recruiter and a team member. If the outcome of the interview is positive, you will be invited to participate in an online assessment. The recruiter will then schedule a time to discuss the assessment results with you. Following that, a second and final interview will take place with a partner from the region.
Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
